Who am I?
I’m James Sanderson BSc, open accredited sports nutritionist and qualified personal trainer. I have been playing sport as long as I can remember. From playing under-10s football, representative rugby to Wednesday night cricket.
Throughout my adult life I have used the knowledge gained at university to benefit my my own training and nutrition.
Before starting my PT journey I worked in construction, often clocking up over 60 hours per week so I understand how hard it can be to make health and fitness a priority.
I try to provide practical solutions for people in the real world. You won’t find any gimmicks or life hacks here. Just smart things done with consistency to get results.
